Has anyone succeeded in actually running games under MAME OS X?

Nick S said...: Yeah, it's a bit tricky.

-First you need to download a ROM
-Make sure it stays as a .zip file (you might have to archive it)
-Put it in the MAME ROM folder located in YourUserName/Library/ApplicationSupport/MAMEOSX/ROMs
-Next, go into MAME and search for the game you downloaded and "Audit" it (Audit Selected Games is under File)
-The game should show up under the Good tab now and you should be able to play it
